Woodhaven Pointe offers competitive pricing for its amazing space. The venue rental fee includes tables, linens, and other basic items. Additional add-ons are available to make your event even more special, such as lighting, décor, and more.
Maximum Guest Occupancy
The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests, making it perfect for large events. If you have an event with flowing traffic, the fire department’s standard is over 600 guests. Woodhaven Pointe’s largest room, the Garden Level Meeting Room, can comfortably seat 112 guests at round or long tables, and up to 140 guests if necessary. If you have seated tables in all three of our areas, our maximum capacity is around 300 guests.
For wedding ceremonies, Woodhaven Pointe has up to 130 chairs available in two different colors. Our larger spaces, such as the outside garden and the Garden Level Meeting Room, can accommodate more for a ceremony if you are willing to alternate chair colors.
Catering
Woodhaven Pointe has a spacious catering area that can accommodate a variety of catering needs. Outside catering is allowed, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect caterer for your event.
Alcohol Policy
Woodhaven Pointe allows outside alcohol with a proper permit. Yes, we do allow alcohol. The cost to have alcohol permitted during your event is subject to change. That amount does not include the bartender (required) or the cost of the alcohol itself. You can add more hours to your service for an additional fee with a maximum of 6 hours total. Bar services must end one hour prior to the end of your rental or midnight at the latest.
