We just wanted to convey our thanks and appreciation to the 500,000 man-hour safety lunch that Magleby’s catered for us. We have worked on numerous projects and hosted many safety lunches for the field staff, but in our combined experience, we have never seen such well-coordinated and efficient service.

Normally it takes caters about 60–90 minutes to serve 600 people, but Magleby’s had everyone seated, served, and happy in less than 40 minutes. It was unbelievable and a testament to your entire staff. Even with the efficient service, the quality of the food did not suffer and we received many compliments from our guests.

Finally, Magleby’s set up the tent and all the tables and chairs on Wednesday afternoon. Five hours after the lunch ended, there was no evidence that there had been a large tent with tables, chairs, serving stations. Even the audio system had been dismantled, loaded, and trucked off site. Thank you very much, and we look forward to using Utah Catering by Magleby’s for our future needs.
